Description
Linker should provide a way to specify an alternative winstub.exe.  The usual winstub.exe is displayed when your Win32 app is ran under DOS (or I think even a Win16 OS)-- it displays the message "This program must be run under Win32".  This new option would provide a way to specify your own 16-bit DOS executable that would run in place of the standard winstub that Delphi uses.
