Description

I am using Windows 7 64Bit.

Every time I start Delphi XE the following error message shows up in the message area of the IDE:

Fehler beim Ausf·ren von 'C:\ProgramData\{7DE921C9-42C8-4DA3-8A44-043C3349FD1D}\Setup.exe': Der angeforderte Vorgang erfordert erh?te Rechte

So far, there seem to be no consequences: The IDE seems to work normally in spite of this message.

n.b. As it is my private PC, I do have administrator rights. I don't have a clue what kind of "Vorgang" does fail here or what kind of rights are missing.

Is your issue same as QC#77001, QC#79093 ?
