Description
I turned off "Find Text at Cursor", but the options appears to be turned on.  Whenever I press Ctrl+F, whatever my cursor is on sets the text to find.
Steps to Reproduce:
Tools | Options ... Editor options, turn off "Find Text at Cursor".

In the editor:
  1.  Ctrl+F, type in "abc", do a search.
  2.  Press Escape to close the Find pane.

  3.  Click on some text in the editor.
  4.  Ctrl+F ... notice the text to find is what was at the cursor.
