Description
Frequently encounter the problem that the refactoring rename option is disabled while it is expected to be enabled. Other options are still enabled. Usually happens after an hour of using Delphi XE.

The cursor is in the declaration to rename, or selecting that piece of code makes no difference.

Restarting Delphi XE solves the problem (for a while)

Using a large project, with several projects in the project group. Modelling support for all projects is disabled
