Description
Please split current TScrollBox class into two classes
TCustomScrollBox class that will have all the behaviour of
TScrollBoxClass, with protected properties only, and TScrollBox
class that will inherit TCustomScrollBox class and publish all
the properties.
That way TCustomScrollBox class can be used as a base class for custom ScrollBox that doesn't need to publish all the properties in current TScrollbox class.
