After creating a new report, adding a comment to that report causes access violations in comctl32.dll being displayed in an infinite loop, so QC has to be terminated via the task manager.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Add a new report (tested with report QR98115)
- Add a comment to that report

Results in a crash in comctl32.dll, the comment is submitted though. OS was Vista64.

Does your issue occur on only Vista 64bit/32bit?
How about other OSs?

Sadly I can't test other OSes as of now, so for me it only happens on Vista64 and with beta 11. Beta 10 did work withouth problems.

I also just noticed the following :
After wirting this response, clicking on the link to the duplicate report I also get the same AV as when writing a new report. Same thing happens if instead of that I select a report from the report list.

So currently :
- Adding new comment -> AV
- Adding response and selecting different report -> AV
