Try to compile (or just run syntax check) attached test project.

Does this issue still occur with Delphi 2010 or XE?

I have commercial license only for Delphi 2009. Can I use it with newer versions? How can I upgrade to newer or any bug free version?

P.S. Trial version of Delphi XE compiles this code.

I confimed this issue is not reproducible with Delphi 2010 or later.
