Have you already setup UTF-8 mode for IDE and php.ini?
1. [Tools] | [Options...] | [Editor Options]
- Text Encoding: UTF-8
- Text Format: Default
- Character Set: Default
2. [Tools] | [Options...] | [Editor Options] | [PHP]
> 3 - add a panel
Do you add Panel instead of MPanel?
> 10 - text and background shown in textarea
Could you please attach sample project(including screenshots) to confirm your issue?

After changing in UTF-8 mode and restarting application is OK.
Should note that a message when IDE cannot translate character codes for rendering could help.

MPanel, sorry for typo.
Close this issue.
Must note that in this case projects saved with previous build just restored have wrong aspect (doesn't show color nor text) and should be recreated from scratch.
