Description
Primary monitor is the main display, in portrait mode. Has the inspector and code window.

Secondary monitor has the main menu, palette and design window.

Resolution is 1152x864.

Maximize main menu: reduces width to 1024. Seems to take into account the width of the primary display, not the one it is currently being displayed upon. Restore: return to full display width.
Steps to Reproduce:
Setup a dual display configuration. Ensure the main display is narrower than the secondary (for instance because it is in portrait mode), say 1024x1280, and secondary at 1152x864.

Start Delphi.

Move the main menu to the secondary display.

Click maximize: size is reduced, apparently to the width of the primary display.

Click restore: returns to full width.
